If you’re on the mend from neck pain and ready to move, this class is for you. You’ll work on strengthening and lengthening your neck and shoulders for more comfort and postural health. The steady sequence aims to reintegrate your upper body, reduce tension, and increase mobility through thoracic mobilization, Cat/Cow, shoulder mobility techniques, a Locust variation, and dynamic Lunge with twists. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
