If you’re on the mend from ankle pain and ready to move, this class is for you. You’ll work on increasing mobility and flexibility in your ankles while exploring modifications and enhancements for common postures. The steady yet slow sequence includes modified Hero Pose, Down Dog variations, Utkatasana (Chair Pose) variations, and more stretches for your ankles and shins. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
