If you’re on the mend from hand, wrist, or elbow pain and ready to move, this class is for you. You’ll learn how to work with these areas of your body as you open, strengthen, and align. Plus, explore modifications for Down Dog and other weight-bearing postures. The slow, steady sequence includes Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose) variations, Garudasana (Eagle Pose) variations, bicep activation, modified Down Dog, and forearm and wrist activation. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
