This class begins with gentle movement, followed by longer held postures. Beyond the poses, the focus is on mindfulness, creating a well-rounded, relaxing practice that supports healthy aging by increasing flexibility, improving joint health, and reducing stress. Postures include Cobbler’s Pose, 90/90, Cat/Cow, Cobra, Half Frog, Sphinx, Bridge, Supported Reclined Twist, and Thread the Needle.
