This Hatha practice gently balances your body and mind, preparing your entire being for deep relaxation and rest. You’ll focus on the breath as you move mindfully to release physical tension and calm the nervous system. Postures include Seated Side Stretch, Seated Eagle Pose, Low Lunge, Half Split, Lizard Lunge, Seated Forward Fold, and Happy Baby.
