This class is ideal for the weekend, when you may have more time on your mat and can let everything else float away. It’s a slow and controlled Pilates Fusion practice that moves through a warm-up, a floor series, a standing series, core work, and a stretch to finish. Bring props for added challenge and intensity! Exercises include The Hundred, Supine Leg Extensions, Crunches, Side-Lying Leg Work, Tricep Extensions, Plank variations, Bicycles, and Toe Taps.
