This Hatha class helps you return to your practice after recovering from a knee injury. The steady sequence explores safe ways to refine, troubleshoot, and reintroduce standing postures and backbends with knee-friendly techniques. Postures include Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold), Warrior I, Warrior II, and Bridge. Please note: This class is for those returning to practice after a knee injury and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
