This Hatha class helps you return to your practice after recovering from a knee injury. The steady, safe sequence skillfully dives into knee-friendly hip-openers, allowing your hips to feel comfortable and spacious again. Postures include reclined and seated hip openers and Pigeon variations. Please note: This class is for those returning to practice after a knee injury and does not support injury management.
