Designed for those recovering from a knee injury, this class is still strong enough to support muscle tone while remaining gentle on your knees. No seated or cross-legged poses are included. You’ll begin with Cat/Cow and Cobra, then move steadily through High Lunge, Pyramid, Side Plank, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, and Dolphin before cooling down in Bridge and Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Cobbler's Pose).
