This Hatha class helps you return to your practice after recovering from a knee injury. The steady, safe sequence explores how to engage your quads correctly, build strength and stability for your knees, and set the stage for a full practice comeback. Postures include Down Dog, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), modified Crescent Lunge, Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Splits), and Triangle. Please note: This class is for those returning to practice after a knee injury and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
