This slow flow is designed to help you prepare for back surgery. Using mindful movement and intentional breathwork, you’ll cultivate more spinal strength and stability to support your healing. The mild sequence includes Bird Dog, Cat/Cow, Bear Plank, Lunges, Sphinx, core work, side bends, and Child’s Pose.
