Earth Flow - Preview

Explore the Earth Element. A deep, rhythmic and grounded flow of hip and spine focused postures to encourage a simultaneous uplift of earth's supportive energy and a deep rooting of your own. Move through earth salutations and then a standing series to open your hips and hamstrings. Balance in tree and ardha chandrasana. Finish with a deep hip and quad opener before settling into a grounded savasana. Props Suggested: A bolster.
