This Hatha class helps you return to your practice after recovering from a shoulder injury. The steady sequence incorporates strength and mobility work while exploring shoulder-safe Sun Salutations. Postures include Half Sun Salutations, modified Sun Salutations, Garudasana (Eagle) variations, Gomukhasana (Cow Face) variations, and standing postures with shoulder strengthening. Please note: This class is for those returning to practice after a shoulder injury or pain and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
