This Hatha class helps you return to your practice after recovering from a shoulder injury. The steady, safe sequence explores essential shoulder strengthening patterns to re-establish your strength and mobility. Plus, you’ll set the stage for refining how to use your shoulders in key postures. Highlights include “faux” Lat Pull Downs, Locust Pose with variations, Warrior II with variations, and Crescent Lunge with variations. Please note: This class is for those returning to practice after a shoulder injury or pain and does not support injury management.
