You’ll flow with your breath to ride the spontaneity of shifting seasons (in nature and your life), finishing class feeling spacious, grounded, and renewed. Postures include Warrior III, Warrior II, Revolved Lunge variations, Eka Pada Koundinyasana (arm balance), Lizard, and Fish Pose.
