This relaxing class welcomes yoga beginners of any age. It’s a slow-moving sequence of all reclined postures using props, allowing you to explore your flexibility as you calm your body and mind. Begin with Three-Part Breath, then enjoy reclined leg stretches, a reclined hip stretch, reclined Cobbler’s Pose (Butterfly Pose), and Supported Twist.
