This mild-paced class welcomes yoga beginners of any age. You’ll explore gentle yoga foundations, including breathwork and kneeling postures, then progress into standing postures (modifications offered). Begin with Three-Part Breath before moving through Cat/Cow, Tabletop, Low Lunge, Warrior I, Warrior II, Bridge, and Spinal Twist.
