This slow-paced class invites yoga beginners of any age. It’s a welcoming introduction with gentle movement, covering foundational concepts in a mostly seated and kneeling sequence. You’ll begin with seated breathwork (Three-Part Breath), then explore basic alignment and postures, including Cat/Cow, Plank, Low Lunge, Sphinx, Cobra, and Seated Twist.
