This Hatha class helps you return to your practice after recovering from a lower back injury. The steady, safe sequence focuses on transitioning through Sun Salutations with maximum support and stability while also reintroducing standing posters, backbends, forward folds, and twists. Postures include Reclined Twist, Anjaneyasana (Crescent), Warrior II, Triangle, Locust, and Standing Forward Fold. Please note: This class is for those returning to practice after lower back pain, looking to relieve discomfort, and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
