This Hatha class helps you return to your practice after recovering from a lower back injury. The steady, safe sequence guides you to reintegrate mild twists, gentle backbends, and soothing forward folds. Highlights include Side Angle, Down Dog, reclined lower-body stretches, Locust variations, Seated Twist, Plank, Forearm Plank, and Wide-Legged Standing Forward Fold. Please note: This class is for those returning to practice after lower back pain, looking to relieve discomfort, and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
