Release the day, and prepare your body and mind for a good night's sleep. This class begins with gentle stretches to release tension, including Child’s Pose, a seated hip-opener, and Seated Twist. Then, you’ll practice calming breathwork (even-ratio pranayama and lengthened exhales) before finishing with a soothing guided Savasana.
