This Vinyasa practice helps to create greater support and stability for the spine as you explore deep extension. You’ll focus on finding engagement in your glutes, back muscles, and lats to build strength in the posterior chain (the muscles along the back-body) through a series of backbending postures. The strong flow includes Bridge, Cobra, Locust, Bow Pose, Low Lunge, Crescent Lunge, and Wheel Pose.
