This beginner-friendly class moves slowly while exploring the foundations of Pilates, focusing on pelvic movement and glute and hip activation (core, too!). Enjoy mild Pilates exercises, like The Hundred, Single-Leg Stretch, Roll Like A Ball, Toe Taps, Criss Cross, Clams, and All Fours work.
