You’ll target areas that hold tension — glutes, hips, and back — in a relaxing sequence that focuses on forward folds to bring a sense of release and surrender. Postures include Butterfly Pose, Dragonfly Side Stretch, Sleeping Swan, Child’s Pose, Half Happy Baby, and Reclined Twist.
