This strong practice combines bodyweight strength training with Hatha yoga to build awareness, strength, and grounding for healthy aging. Expect some core focus in a steady sequence, starting with Down Dog to Plank, moving into standing postures, Pigeon, Uttanasana (Forward Fold) variations, Bird Dog, Supine Figure Four, and finishing with ab work.
