You’ll move steadily through twists in Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Lunge, Down Dog, Cobra, Child’s Pose, Trikonasana (Triangle), and Squat as you emphasize the practices of strength, agility, and letting go. Enjoy Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold) and Marichyasana (a seated twist) to finish.
