This Yoga Conditioning practice welcomes you to listen to what shifts within as you become stronger — in body, mind, and heart. Expect stretching blended with strengthening in a brisk-paced sequence, featuring 90/90s, Lunges, Squats, Reverse Plank, weighted Dead Bugs, baby backbends, Supine Twist, weighted Glute Bridges, Pigeon, and Seated Side Bends to finish. It’s suggested to begin with 3-5 lb. weights, then work up to 8-10 lb. weights as you return to this class and level up.
