Utilize two dumbbells as you move briskly through Side Plank, Crunches, Bird Dog, Supine Twist, Bicycle variations, and Squats, then finish with a stretch. As Elena says, “The strength you're building resonates throughout all of your relationships, cells, and timelines.” It’s suggested to begin with 3-5 lb. weights, then work up to 8-10 lb. weights as you return to this class and level up.
