Clear your mind as you strengthen your body in this core-focused yet full-body Yoga Conditioning practice. Utilize two dumbbells as you move briskly through Runner’s Stretch, dynamic Squats, Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold), Plank variations, Reverse Lunges, Trikonasana (Triangle) variations, and arm work, then finish with a stretch. It’s suggested to begin with 3-5 lb. weights, then work up to 8-10 lb. weights as you return to this class and level up.
