Target your entire upper body in this Yoga Conditioning practice that opens your heart while strengthening your core, arms, shoulders, and back. Utilize two dumbbells as you move briskly through Plank to Up and Down Dog, modified Push Ups, Chest Flies, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid), Bent Over Rows, Warrior I, baby backbends, Seated Twist, and stretches to finish. It’s suggested to begin with 3-5 lb. weights, then work up to 8-10 lb. weights as you return to this class and level up.
