Feel grounded and stable in this Yoga Conditioning practice that strengthens your core and lower body. Utilize two dumbbells as you move briskly through Reverse Lunges, Chair Squats, Goblet Squats, Side Plank, and Plank variations, then finish with a stretch. It’s suggested to begin with 3-5 lb. weights, then work up to 8-10 lb. weights as you return to this class and level up.
