This introductory Vinyasa class helps to strengthen your confidence in your practice and build to more advanced experiences. You’ll move briskly through a grounding, slightly challenging sequence with Cat/Cow, Anjaneyasana (Crescent), Runner’s Stretch, Chair Pose, Planks, Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon), Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Salabhasana (Locust Pose), Lunge with a twist, and Squat. Expect to start cultivating a sense of self-trust and self-connection that lends itself to life off the mat.
