This introductory class explores the foundation of Vinyasa yoga: linking your breath with movement. You’ll move slowly but steadily through a repeated Vinyasa sequence to help you become more comfortable and strong. Postures include Cat/Cow, Plank, Down Dog, Lunge variations, Child’s Pose, Runner’s Stretch, Chair Pose, Warrior III prep, and a Locust Pose (Salabhasana) variation.
