This class provides an extra boost of strength and sweat by incorporating HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) into a dynamic yoga flow. Expect core work, squats, and jumps in a challenging sequence with Sun Salutation variations, Side Planks, Push Ups, Lunges, and Mountain Climbers, then cool down in Child’s Pose, Thread the Needle, and Seated Forward Fold.
