Simple flows to begin then add layers evolving in depth, heat and expressions of each posture with playfulness and a sense of exploration. Peak with an arm balance and some deep hip work, then finish with surrendering into yin style hip, spine and shoulder releases. Evolve the posture of your flow and then surrender into softness and release. Props Needed: Two blocks.
