Fun and fast-paced, this higher-level Pilates practice fits a range of exercises into thirty minutes for a comprehensive workout. You’ll activate your core, hips, glutes, inner thighs, and upper body with moves that utilize a Pilates ball to build strength. Feel the heat in Hundreds, Toe Taps, Single- and Double-Leg Extension, Saw, Reverse Plank, Teaser, side-lying leg work, Push Ups, and Swimming. A great class to return to again and again!
