This core-focused practice is designed to build stability, strength, and balance from your center out. You’ll flow through a challenging sequence with Bird Dog, Thread the Needle, Knee-to-Nose, Lunges with twists, Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III), Side Plank, and Dead Bugs, then cool down in Supported Bridge and Supine Twist.
