Enjoy a simple, soft, and steady pace in this Hatha practice that features some Vinyasa-style elements, like Sun Salutations and breath-based movement. Warm up before gliding through Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Triangle, and Standing Forward Fold, then finish with your choice of a hip opener (Pigeon) or backbend (Bridge).
