Based on chapters 3 and 4 of Elena’s book, "Hold Nothing," this class focuses on seeing yourself and others with compassion and care. In a lecture and short meditation, you’ll explore how bearing witness — growing your awareness — is an ongoing practice of allowing your consciousness to see itself clearly, noticing your thoughts and experiences without hiding from them. For reference, Chapter 3 is titled “Bearing Witness,” and Chapter 4 is titled “Taking Compassionate Action.”
