This practice is devoted to lower-body care, particularly for women in menopause. You’ll emphasize building strength, hip mobility, and the core power that comes naturally with a focused lower-body practice. The slightly challenging yet nurturing sequence moves briskly through Chair Squats, Dynamic Lunges, Warrior I, Padangusthasana (Big Toe Pose), Frog Pose, Clam variations, and Pigeon variations. Enjoy a poetry reading to finish.
