This morning flow is gentle yet strengthening, full of moments to pause and connect with the energy of a new day. Designed to support your mind-body longevity, expect some neuroplasticity exercises for brain health, too! Begin with seated breathwork, then flow through variations in Cat/Cow, Low Lunge, Sun Salutations, Warrior III, Revolved Chair, Deep Squat, Side Plank, and backbends.
