This Vinyasa practice builds strength and range of motion through the side body, including the lateral core and outer hips. While flowing through variations and side bends in familiar postures, you’ll emphasize your breath, noticing how it can help to focus your attention. Postures include Low Lunge, Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, Figure Four Chair, Extended Triangle, Half Moon, Side Plank, and Pigeon. This class previously aired on September 18, 2025.
