This morning practice features gentle movement, shoulder openings, spinal flow elements, and exercises for brain health. It’s designed to boost your confidence in knowing that you’re keeping your body and mind vibrant. Warm up, then move through Down Dog Leg Raises, Planks, Crescent with a twist, standing balances, Wide-Legged Forward Fold to Skandasana (Side Lunge), and Camel Pose before finishing with seated stretches and a visualization meditation (no Savasana).
