Shed stress and tension and revitalize your being. This Vinyasa practice is ideal when you’ve had a long day (sitting, driving, or doing) and you're feeling low energy. Start slow in a grounding warm-up of Cat/Cow, shoulder stretches, and easy Forward Folds, then flow through a Lunge sequence, Sun Salutations, standing postures, Dolphin, and backbends before cooling down in Thread the Needle and Savasana.
