This Yoga Conditioning class alternates between strengthening and opening — an ideal combination to support joint health, especially during menopause. Experience spaciousness in your body, mind, and heart while moving briskly through Lateral Lunges, Good Mornings, Forward Folds, Sun Salutations, Sumo Squats, Reverse Lunges, and Plank variations.
