This Vinyasa practice brings space, strength, clarity, and grounding. You’ll focus on your exhales as a complete release in each posture, inviting your breath to cleanse your being and welcome a fresh perspective. The brisk, energizing flow includes lots of Dog Splits to standing postures, Bound Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold) variations, Low Lunges with twists, Pigeon, and Virasana (Hero Pose).
