This practice helps activate your parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" response), allowing you to settle and release during times of change. A slow and deliberate sequence guides you to lengthen your exhales as you move through strengthening and grounding poses, accompanied by thoughtful alignment cues. Postures include Navasana (Boat Pose), Supported Down Dog, Supported Pigeon, Low Lunge, Warrior I, Warrior II, Bird Dog, and Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold).
