This vigorous Vinyasa practice tends to your joints, builds ab and leg strength, and enhances full-body flexibility. The brisk, sweaty flow includes Down Dog variations, Warrior III to Revolved Half Moon, Pigeon variations, standing posture variations, and the option for Sirsasana before finishing with a seated heart opener.
