This practice follows Jo's familiar, gentle stretch sequence, bringing openness and ease to your entire body. You’ll begin by syncing your breath with rhythmic movement, then hold static poses for a deep stretch (no standing poses). It’s an ideal class for a daily wind-down routine, helping you build confidence in curating a nightly ritual. Highlights include Half and Full Straddle, Cat/Cow, Low Lunge, Sphinx, a supported inversion, a final restorative pose, and Box Breathing.
