This calming practice follows Jo's familiar stretch sequence, with a focus on forward folds that are naturally cooling. You’ll begin by syncing your breath with rhythmic movement, then hold static poses for a deep stretch (no standing poses). It’s a welcoming class for all levels, helping to establish an evening routine and reconnect with yourself. Highlights include Child’s Pose, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold), Reclined Cobbler’s Pose, and Box Breathing.
